Cancellation, Refund, Shipping & Returns Policy

Appointment Changes
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge when at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice is provided. Late cancellations may be subject to applicable fees.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the loss of any deposit, a no-show fee, or prepayment requirements for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Patients arriving late may have appointments shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on provider availability.
Deposits
Certain services may require deposits or prepayment. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are applied to the scheduled service and may be forfeited following a late cancellation or no-show.
Service Refunds
Professional services involve reserved provider time and individualized treatment. Completed services are generally non-refundable. Patients with post-treatment concerns are encouraged to contact A2Zen Wellness Center promptly so appropriate follow-up care may be provided.
Corrective Treatment
If a patient is dissatisfied with a treatment outcome, A2Zen Wellness Center may, in its sole professional discretion, offer an evaluation, follow-up treatment, corrective treatment, account credit, or other reasonable resolution. Nothing in this Policy guarantees a refund, complimentary treatment, or any specific corrective action.
Treatment Packages
Unused prepaid treatments may be eligible for credit or refund only as determined by A2Zen Wellness Center or as required by law.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Retail Products
This Policy applies to retail products purchased through the A2Zen Wellness Center website. It does not apply to professional treatment services.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours. Processing and delivery times may vary.
Shipping
Shipping options and charges are presented during checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery provided they are unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds for Retail Products
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please report damaged, missing, or incorrect orders within five (5) business days of delivery.
Unforeseen Circumstances
A2Zen Wellness Center reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule appointments due to provider illness, equipment malfunction, facility emergencies, severe weather, public health events, utility interruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, affected appointments will be rescheduled as soon as reasonably practicable without penalty to the patient.
